  This location needs to change their hours to be more accommodating to the community. Many people run errands during their lunch hours, including going to the post office, and yet this post office is closed for lunch. There is no reason why they can't have staggered lunch times for the postal workers and stay open from 12:30-1:30 p.m.

  Terrible customer service and attitudes. One of the members of our household was denied picking up package even though his name is clearly on the post office box account. He is not a minor, and has picked up many household packages in the past. Packages were delivered and ready for pickup on a Saturday but no notifications left in the mailbox for us to pickup. We have tried in the past to show the USPS tracking stating that the package is "ready for pickup" but been told without a yellow slip they cannot help us. So we had to go in on the following Tuesday when there was still no yellow slip and inquire. It turns out the packages were there and stuffed in a bin in the back with our regular mail that had not been placed in the box. There was no yellow notification of overflow from our regular mail in our mailbox either. We have lived here for over 30 years and had this post office box for nearly 20. In the last few years with the staff changing it has become a constant battle to get any kind of normal service. It is a shame, I am sure there are alot of people out there who would love to have their job and would gladly fulfill the requirements. We just want the service we pay for.
